I've got the same problem. I'm selling my phone. I've factory reset everything but for some reason Picasa has still got my photos on there and I can't remove them. It's just there dirty ones and need to be romove. But understand why there on there as I've never used picasa

Hey ive got same problem. I ve put my phone into download mode. And it says its downloading DO NOT TURN OFF TARGET. but when I go to connect to Samsung kies its just coming up connecting then after a couple of minutes it says (device not responding, to resolve the issues, please reboot device.)...
