Am I the only one that lost my Mute mode?
Re: Am I the only one that lost my Mute mode. Well, I did wipe the cache as soon as the system update was complete & that didn't correct my issue. Yesterday, I did the Factory Reset that I sooo tried to avoid & THAT corrected my Mute issue. A million Thank yous.- Lee007

Re: Am I the only one that lost my Mute mode. Note 4 ver 5.1.1 I did my System Upgrade to BOK3 2 days ago. After it was completed I lost my mute function. All this thing does is vibrate all day. :( Please help.- Lee007
