I also went from Pixel 2 to Moto X4. I think the only noticeable advantages to pixel 2 off the top of my head is processor speed and camera. Processor speed is important, but after about 2 days, you stop thinking about it. I'm sure the X4 can play 99% of popular games if that is a concern too...
