I got my Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 edition in March for my birthday. A week later I picked it up (it was in a Poetic case) and there was a crack from the button to the right hand corner of the screen. I sent it back to Samsung who said it would cost 199 to repair. There was no damage, no drop...
