I just tried safe mode but unfortunatley Fit didn't come pre-installed, so doesn't work in safe mode. Don't fancy a factory reset as I don't want to lose all my saved passwords etc. Thanks

Thanks for that, Laura. I have installed it but it doesn't seem to be working. The accelerometer, Light, Proximity and the step counter all say 'waiting for value'. Looks like there is a problem with my phone.
