No luck. Still the same. Should smart popup be on or off? It was off and I turned it on and then I turned it back off and restarted the phone

This is what I want back. It used to be like this.. Now it only looks like this on my pull down notifications... this is what I want as my popup banner. not just in my pull down one.

Yes it is on. I've tried everything. I'm trying to attach a pic. If it works you'll see the little round pix at the top. That's my daughter texting me now. THAT'S what I get now. When she texts it shows me a couple words and her name and then goes to that. I've never had that before

I do get a pop up but it's a tiny little thing now. It used to be across the whole top of the screen with options for replying or mark as read and a small drop down arrow to read the whole message

Yesterday I had to reset settings.... before that my notification banner for android messages app was larger and had 3 options (reply, mark as read, etc)... after the reset, it's this little tiny bar with the persons name and the first word or two of the message. How on earth do I get it...

I have a month old galaxy s6. This morning every text message that I send to people, those texts all come back to me in a separate text with an odd phone number... I have now texted four or five different people and every one of those text messages that I send come back in the same text to that...

Me too.. Mine started about 2 days ago when my phone updated... I seem to remember it saying something about the AT&T backup. I'll be disabling that too! Posted via the Android Central App
