There is a microsoft Cortana app for Android...I used to have a Nokie 929/Icon and ended up switching to Nexus 6p because $700 for a phone is insane. (Sidebar, it works on Verizon, so does the Nexus 5x). I loved the way my Nokia worked with my cars Bluetooth. I'm not buying a new car for Android...
