That's correct. Stock application doesn't ask for permission or have an option for assisted dialing under settings (see screenshots above). On last day of vacation, I get it to work... Lol

Have the same issue. Same unlocked phone via Verizon. The assisted dialing app doesn't ask for location permission. This is a bug. Downloaded the Google phone app ported to S10 and it works fine. It's given my family of iPhone users something to laugh about....
