    Re: I have lg aristo 5 and am getting same issue My phone was branded TMobile but I was using Mint - are the others who are on non TMobile SIM cards also all on TMobile branded LG phones?

    I am a Mint Phone service user with same issue as all these Tmobile users - I have an LGV20 (branded Tmobile) with a Mint SIM card - and I got this same problem 3 or more hours ago - I switched the Mint SIM card into an LGV40 (branded Sprint) phone - so far so good....
