Stock too. Could be that it'll notify differently for the type of notification (missed call, email, text, etc) which makes no sense I suppose.

Mine pulses a notification every 10 seconds. I don't know for how long, but at least a half hour. (I got a missed call so I just timed the pulses.)

Happened to mine also. I restarted the phone which fixed it. It's been a couple months and hasn't reappeared.

I have 3 accounts with them and received no such notice. The only one with a balance is through Motorola, but still nothing about closures.

No distortion at all. Having said that, I never find it necessary to go at max volume. I believe they limit volume when it detects distortion. I could be wrong as I read so many different phone articles. The camera on the 6P is top notch; going to the MXPE would be a definite downgrade.

It might be a good buy, but I'd spend a bit more and get a 6P. I bought the bottom feeder model 16G version of our phones for $400 in January which of course would be a bad buy today (maybe even back then).

I don't think those screen protectors work. Of course it's impossible to know in each case, but from what I've read they are not worth much.

I can relate to the pain of the screen breaking. It cost me $165 at a "professional" repair shop and I'm not sure it's worth it, but I figured since it's only 6 months old, I went for it. It fell from waist high onto a gravel parking lot, face down.

Everyone needs to buy a battery pack! I bought one which ends "range anxiety" with this or any phone. The one I happen to have cost less than $9, is a 4400 and charges the phone rather fast, about twice as fast as a regular wall charger.

I learned that turning down the screen brightness dramatically increases battery life. I can now get 4 hrs of SOT if needed while before just barely more than 2. I don't know how low, maybe 40%, but with no or little sacrifice in viewing comfort. Also watch for sneaky apps that draw power...

Am I the only one not seeing what HDR does, or is supposed to? Same w/ own pics: I can't tell the difference.

On that note, the Champaign color is hardly "gold" in color but closer to silver IRL.
