Can this procedure be used if I am already running a custom rom?

Having the same problems with mine. Weird that no one else had this problem until now. Makes me think that it is a problem with sprint rather than ROM. Probably just needs a PRL update or profile update. I have tried clearing everything and re-installing with no success. Im gonna try and run...
