    Why can't I actually use my Motorola Xoom?

    why cant I actually use my motorola xoom I tried to reset my Motorola xoom which is on cyanogen mod but now it wont let me use it anymore it keeps going on starting RSD protocol support 3 or goes on reboot menu but it just wont fully reset please help.
