I ordered a "male micro-USB to female USB" OTG. I'll be saving my personal media files to the flash drive, and attaching it to the OTG whenever I need them. Will I be able to save a few apps and their data to the flash drive as well (like an SD card)? Posted via Android Central App

I skimmed through a bit of what the OTG USB is about, and from what I gather, it allows you to use your phone like a USB host. I went ahead and bought one, guessing that I will be able to connect its plug into my GSIII, then use the the USB slot to plug in my USB stick to transfer files...

Ok. I posted about this a few days ago, and I actually found a solution for myself. I was having all of those issues, and eventually, my phone wouldn't stay on AT ALL. Yes, the problem IS with the power button...and my natural inclination is to kill the problem at the source...I'll get to that...
