OK, my wife is on o2 so I got her to do a test on her S8. With her o2 card she is getting around 26/28 mbps after a few tests, she tried my Three card and she was 29/33mbps I tried her o2 card and this is the result with 3 tests. So its definitely the phone thats at fault. Very disappointed...
