I typed the document on my phone using the Word app, I am not able to locate the file menu to recover or convert help!

On my phone I can't locate a file menu.

I was writing a personal statement and right at completion I went to cut or copy and paste it on the application, but accidentally cut and lost it. I've googled ways such as text conversion to be able to recover but it was written on Word in my phone and so I'm unable to locate those menu...
