I have the same problem.....its the black screen ...the "always on" one I think? I've adjusted the timer and it still won't stay on....:/ frustrating.

If its hanging up after 2 hrs of conversation, Likely it's your carrier disconnecting the phone call. Sprint has done that to me in the past....just their way of making sure that the phone is being used rather than accidentally left on a random butt dial I guess. Could call your carrier to verify.

Probably a notification setting thats turned off....I have AA and Verizon and have no issues...good luck!
