it is all working for me now, both phone cards and voicemail :D

I have called customer service and after MANY tries, I finally was informed that the difficulties I am experiencing are due to the update of the Sprint network to HD voice and should be resolved within next 48 hours.

I have tried few numbers but it is still not working for me....
