Yes - I have been using an Otterbox Defender almost as long as I have the Tab S 10.5 The only problem is the SD card slot is hidden and to reach it you have to take the whole box apart. But the warranty is great and so is the customer service.

I like Moon+ There's a learning curve but I like it.

Too funny! I wanted a bit of protection without the weight - but then read so many posts about cracked screens so I opted for an Otterbox. But yeah, commando was definitely lighter!

Can you tell me why some apps/games play in my cheaper Apex 785 but not in my Tab S 10.5? I'm thinking maybe there is a setting I'm missing? Mansion A Puzzle of Rooms downloaded from Google plays on the Apex but not the Samsung. Also, 2 of the "Cryptic" games (Cryptic Keep & Cryptic Caves)...

Size! Size does matter, lol. I play adventure games and the extra screen size does make a difference. For reading I still prefer my 8" screen but for gaming, that extra size helps!

Absolutely - go for the 32! There's a reason the 16 is cheaper - you fill it up too fast. BTW, on the new 10.5 32gb you can actually send installs to your sd card! Also, the new 10.5 will take a 128gb sd card!! Go for the 32 gb! P.S. I am totally loving mine!

ditto if you bought AmazonApps - they remain in the clouds as long as you don't delete from the account. if you archive apps, you can always unarchive them later. once purchased, they are yours unless you delete them.

Personally, I decided to buy now while I am sure it is available. I got the 32gb that takes a 128 sd card and I am loving it. For me, this is the perfect size for adventure games - the 12.2 was cumbersome to hold.
