Thanks for all your time and help. I'm not very Tech-savvy so everything seems so difficult to me. I'll have to look into a new phone app. It was in the Play store that all these reviews have been posted. Emailed support but haven't heard anything yet. Thanks again!

I just finished reading reviews of the Google phone app. I now realize it's not my phone but the app itself that is having problems. I'm surprised at the amount of people that are having all the same problems I am having. Not quite sure what I should do. Is there another app I should get, or...

I tried safe mode and there is still no option to answer phone I am able to make calls with no problems. I've just totally lost the ability to answer them. The screen didn't show up at all and if I go to the phone app I just see the call log.

I hear the phone, I just can't answer it. The call log tells me who called.
