I installed a 16gb SD card about a month ago in my phone, and set it as internal storage. About a week ago the phone kept showing SD card removed. I'd pop it out, reinsert it. It'd last for a little bit and then the phone wouldnt see it anymore. Now no matter what the phone isn't recognizing...
