I think it did. They said they'd email me a link to claim the promo items in 3-5 days.

I'm not really sure. Most of the people I talked to said that nothing could be done. Only the first and last people that I spoke with did something about it. I would ask to speak to a supervisor or ask the rep to speak to a supervisor.
