    Re: Wifi restarts automatically after stopping Trying 'disabling Open Network notification' now. I also disabled 'Moto Actions' since I noticed it was starting in safe mode.

    Just bought a Moto G6 phone with Android 9, whenever I turn off wifi in the top bar it will restart after a short while. Is there maybe an app restarting it? I may be a little paranoid but I don't like my wifi turned on everywhere I go.
