Found this on my wife's Samsung Note 3 using Advanced Mobile Care. She isn't rooted so she can't delete it. Seems harmless. From what I've read here it appears as though it's just a leftover "stub" of the old demo they run when displaying it in store. Not 100% sure. I hate unauthorized apks on...
