Thanks for your answer Stwutter. I'm with the same carrier, so there's been no changes in that respect. I'll check the VM options.

The length of time the phone rings, before diverting to voicemail, is only only 15 seconds, which is much shorter than the 30 seconds I had on my BlackBerry. Is there any way to extend the amount of time it rings before it diverts? I've searched settings and sounds, but not found anything yet :(

I haven't had any problems. I'm actually using my old BlackBerry charger in my office (seeing as it's the same shape and works perfectly well) and the charger supplied I've put in my bedroom, and I haven't noticed any differences between the two.

I had my BlackBerry Bold for just over 4 years before changing to the LG G3, never dropped it once. Other than a few scuff marks it's still in perfect condition, and I only used a basic faux-leather pouch-style case. As others have said, we are all different & what suits one person may not...
