Hi everyone I have just tried what twilliams267 suggested and this works and I would think is more effective and safer than using the method suggested earlier in this thread. I fiind its always best when changing settings or deleting to do it from your computer. Thanks a bunch:)

I deleted one of my facebook contacts from my samsung galaxy s3 phone by mistake. They are a still a friend on facebook but I can't get them back into my phone contacts. How do I reinstate them?
