That's what I started doing, uninstalling apps I added just prior to hearing the chimes. I do not install any games (too old for that). I was hoping someone had found the pesky app that we had in common. I appreciate your help with this matter. I will continue with the downsizing of my app...

I had it in safe mode 2 days and never heard the chime.

I had already blocked notifications from Chrome. That is not the source.

I have also been plagued by the NBC chimes. When I put my phone in safe mode, I do not get the chimes. I have installed both Toast Source and Nice Catch and have not found the source. I uninstalled every recent app I downloaded and still get the chimes. Has anyone found the source?
