I've had a similar problem -- twice. I was in an app, once in YouTube and next a game app and NO volume all of a sudden. Made sure my volume button was up -- it was. Had my friend call me -- NO sound / ringing!! Both times I had to reset phone but totally shutting down then on again. Hope...
