    Free is you choose the regular Note. $400-$500 or more if you choose an Ultra. Can't see paying that amount for a phone that lists $300 less than the GN20U when it was released.

    I received my N20U on 08/27. I received my $150 coupon yesterday & I received notice this morning that my trade in device was accepted. That's odd. The coupon I received said it could be used with any Samsung product.

    The last few phones I've had were purchased on alternate years. My previous phones were/are S6E+, S8+, S10+ and now the GN20U. Having said that, I certainly would upgrade sooner if a device wows me.

    I too noticed worse signal performance on this phone. I attributed it to having an unlocked version of the N20U. Edit: I am using the sim card from my previous device.

    I've been told by Verizon I would get 5G automatically if I'm on a 5G plan, which I am. just gotta wait 1-2 years for it to reach my area. Lol.

    Hello everyone. I'm going to order a Note 20 Ultra 512 through Samsung and trade my S10+ for the $550 credit. I still have a few months payments left on the S10+ and I'm wondering if I must payoff the S10+, or can I send in the device and continue to make the monthly payment? Thanks.

    Verizon August Security Update (8/29/17)

    It appears the auto brightness setting is borked after this update. If I manually adjust the slider, the auto feature won't re-enable. I then have to reset the setting. Anyone else experience this?
