Where do you see this? The gift card and free activation appear to apply to both S8 and S8+. The email I received from Sam's after I preordered an S8+ specifically mentioned that the gift card would be given after free in-store activation.

No drilling. It has adhesive, but I've not used it. In our two cars, the mounts clip into the seams around the dashboard securely. For me, that means they can be removed without a trace. Posted via Android Central App
