I found the stock alarm by going to the app drawer. If you have Nova launcher installed you can search for it. If you are looking for a better alarm app I could tell you one that is my favorite.

What I've been noticing is that the phone has to vibrate before I wake the screen when I have a text. I will sometimes pick up the phone fast and when I try to wake it, it won't turn on till it vibrates. When I was using the camera from the lockscreen there was a 5 second delay for it to open...

UPDATE! 2/3/2015 3:02 AM I did the Verizon upgrade software assist and it forced my phone to upgrade from 4.4.2 to 4.4.4! It feels great to fix things on my own. Started at 1:55 am and ended at 3:01 am. Longest wait of my life.

Ever since I got a new case for my phone it works 99 percent of the time.

How would I get past the stupid OTA from Verizon that is holding me back or should I wait Lolipop its more stable?

Hey guys I use to be rooted and I used towel root. Well in order to get lolipop I have to accept this fix from Verizon that is a OTA. Everytime I try to update it goes half way and then the android guy pop ups and says error. My phone boots back up and says unsuccessful.
