I think I figured it out. I have two wifis in my house. For some reason I had my roku connected to my office WiFi and phone is on home WiFi. I guess the Google (YouTube) apps can see them even on other WiFi, but phone can not.

I just bought the z2 force. Love the phone so far. Only problem is I can't figure out how to cast to my Roku. When I go into the cast it says no devices available, but when I go into and app that has casting built into it (ie YouTube it finds it fine.). Any suggestions.
