Yes. I want 0 vibration feedback when DND is on like in 10. Hopefully a future update maybe.

Yes. I still get vibration feedback with touch sounds off and DND on. On 10 is used to turn off all vibration, but now it doesn't.

mine isn't working but not the alarm. Haptic feedback is still on which drives me crazy. I have to turn vibration off in keyboard settings with DND on. Also feedback on One Handed Operation too. Am I missing something or is it happening for everyone?
