This. I had the same issue while trying to install APKs, once I paused the Twilight app it worked fine. The APK install screen doesn't warn you a screen overlay has been detected like most apps do.
I tried clearing the cache and rebooting as well as a number of different images without any luck. I've been experimenting with it and it's not happening when the screen locks or after it times out.

Recently for some reason when I set a new background wallpaper it looks fine initially but after locking and unlocking my phone it becomes blurred and never displays correctly again even after restart. I can't figure out why. Any ideas?
I was wondering what was going on with this. I updated to Lolipop on my Nexus 5 via OTA back in Nov and about 2 weeks later it started rebooting constantly, Google replaced it and I haven't see anything about Lolipop since.
Really? I loved the search button on my Windows Phone. They baked about a dozen different features into the Bing app and being able to launch them so quickly was awesome. It's only of the features I miss most about WP8. WP8 also has access to a recent app list by long pressing the back button.
