Agreed, the closest my phone is ever gonna get to water is probably rainwater, and the IP rating for Pixel covers that so.. it's totally understandable if people use their phones differently and some would want it to be able to be submerged, but it's just not something I'll actually care.

It is to an extent. Well, anyway Verizon is the ONLY carrier that carries Pixel. Mix it up with a little marketing and thats how they came up with the claim. I do agree its a litte bit of false advertising, but thats just how marketing works I guess

They look really good imo. Some people are saying its not accurate as some of the photos have been post-processed, do keep in mind that most of the good pictures that you see are already processed in some way. It can only bring out the best of whatever you already have

For me its the camera. The way they advertised it so heavily had me put alot of hope into the experience it will be able to deliver. Esp when the nexus line wasnt really known for its camera (except the 5x and 6p's which were decent, but still not the top of its generation)

Its really all subjective on this one - some people like the all black look, some like a little cleaner look with the white, some think blue is a cool take (which I personally dont prefer). I myself think the black looks really really good

Definitely the speakers - cmon, stereo speakers would make the phone almost perfect
