I tried to order on line the tv is automatically added to your cart. But they dont have the color I want in store near me.

Based on the turn around time of my original promotion submiyion I am not expecying to see this one until Oct. 12th at the earliest.

I think we all had differing experiences. I had a very good experience at the corporate store but not so much at the "premium" retailer.

Call customer service. Restocking fee should have been waived and they will make sure you get credited. This happened to me a "premium" retailer and Verizon called them. I had went back to yhe store and got my moneu back.

Waiting impatiently for my turn to get our new Note7s. Brought the some munchkins, they asked me what color and said I could back in a half hour 😊
