My Nexus 10 has had the boot loop issue. I now have encryption turned on. Whenever it does a soft boot (once a day or so), it stops at the encryption sign-in screen. It then sits there, turned on, clicking every 3 seconds waiting for me to put my pin in. While this behavior actually stops it...
