I tried that, it didn't work. I've been playing with this for a week. I factory reset it and that did it. What a pain putting everything back. Thank you for your response!

Trying to use Hands-Free Mode. Is all greyed out. When I click it. It says " to turn on handsfree mode turn on at least one relevant function." I click OK. And everything is greyed out. Help please!
