Hi Debra and welcome - I, too, am new to this forum and have a Tribute 5 from LG (Sprint) and I dislike this phone IMMENSELY! There are several issues that, if possible, someone could help - after some research, I am 'told' that there is only [B]8/B] GB of 'space' and it has some 'system files'...

I can not read mms messages on my Samsung Galaxy S3 - Sprint, Have been on the phone all after with regular tech support and advancded and they could help other than tell me I have tyo do a factory reset - want to avoid that. Anybody have any tricks to fix this problem? lorelei739
