Hello my LG G3 D855 is having the same issue. BUT i must say that i noticed something that when i don't use a micro sim card ( Vodafone Carrier Albania ) my phone does not restart/reboot itself indefinitely. Also i have to say i have been using this sim card for like 3 months and this issue only...
