I used to have an iPhone 3gs and I've read you just use the HTC Sync thing to transfer all your data. It requires you to plug in both the iPhone and the One but unfortunately my iPhone is just death...it's basically unusable and the reason why I bought a new phone. I have my stuff on my iCloud...
