    apps like netflix and youtube open slower and load videos slower. watching videos through apps like mx players crashes. phone feels slower after the ICS update

    notification bar asking for lockscreen password

    every time I get a notification on top, I click on the item and it asks me to enter my password. this only happens for all notifications. if I clear it and click on the app, its fine. this happened after I updated to the Ice cream sandwich.
