I got my phone screen repaired. should be the same phone. when I called the 888 number I gave them the imei number and they said it matched. All I know is there is no one to help. they all push it off on other groups. Ill try again tomorrow

I had the s7 dege for a while and finally took the vr out of the box. I got the e-mail a few days ago. stating I have till the 20th. I went through loading all the apps and startup, finally got to the shop area and there was no download box or anything for free games.. just the normal buy games...
