    The other messages are definitely not from her though. I've been emailing o2 but no one is getting back to me and their phone lines are terrible and are taking hours over the Christmas period. Just very annoying! I appreciate your help though very much!

    It's very strange! The first message I know was my sister and text her back normally and it went through fine, and the the next one was her reply. I've searched all over and can't find an answer!
