I had the AirWatch Agent app installed (is required as part of my company's MDM policy) . I uninstalled it three days ago and have had no frozen screen issues since. I'm not exactly sure why, but it seems to have worked for me. Only trouble is now I cannot get work emails on my personal phone!

Re: Change outgoing email font? Sorry - that was rather ambiguous! I'm having the issue that regardless of the font selected on the phone, all emails are received in Times New Roman. I suspect this is because Outlook does not have whatever font the emails are actually going out in, so Times...

I'm having the same issue. Note 3 (N9005), only 2 weeks old, and when I try opening the case or turning on the screen the screen stays black and freezes up. Sometimes the black screen resolves itself in a couple of seconds, other times it takes minutes and on occasion it's taken a full battery...
