I know a friend who bought a pair for $40 and I was gonna get a pair also, but I did some research and saw his were counterfeit, even though they looked real. Now when I heard a song through them it was actually 2 left ear buds, no stereo. I say buy at your own risk.

just curious if anyone here is from the NY area and also got to test out the phone at the event sprint had when the phone was announced? makes this whole freaking delay that much worse!

order rep "promised" id get it before friday and that was over the phone

its in writing, so if they dont deliver you can use this to your advantage and get some perk out of it, its win win, plus i know the fever of getting a new toy, but im very sure we all will get it before the date
