I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 mini. I tried changing the settings and nothing worked to get rid of the annoying "call forwarding is active" pop up. BUT THIS DID: just dail ##002# the pop will vanish which is mentioned further up in the thread (#16). So thanks, Keisha Crawford for that one
