I worked late tonight, so not much time to work on this.... I will try another router, I do have another modem, but it is the same model.... I'm going to get get one when I get time. Thanks again to everyone for your help. I will certainly let you know when I do and what I find.

I turned off data usage in digital wellbeing, if thats what you mean No change. I guess it wouldn't hurt to disable it would it? I don't use it and don't plan to.

I did force stop on digital wellbeing, it didn't help.

I did have digital wellbeing, everything looked okay. I do not use DND.

It doesn't appear to be restricting these apps ad best I can tell... Digital wellbeing is new to me.

No vpn... I was thinking wifi too, but I think it has to be a combination with my phone too. I've been stumped for a while. I really appreciate everyone's efforts.

I did disable IPv6. It is disabled now.

I went thru the B Diddy link. Some I had tried before, some I hadn't. I tried all that I could again. The issue isn't really "connecting" to wifi. I connect okay, and I can surf to 90% of the sites I want to go. And even the apps that I'm trying to use bit can't...Amazon, Kindle, Sam's Club...

It was set as "automatically detect"... I tried it as metered and unmetered, doesn't work either way. That was something I had not heard of or tried before though.

I've done that. This has been going on for a few months.
