    They should, they can send it back to Motorola as defective, while giving you another one.

    Take it back to AT&T and they will replace it for you. As long as it says somethings wrong with the modem, they will replace it for you.

    Totally agree, I actually switched from Verizon to ATT because of the Atrix. So disappointed with my switching carriers.

    If you have upload speed capped it will take longer for the download to process, so that makes it slower as well. Maximum PC | AT&T Admits to Intentionally Slowing Down Atrix and HTC Inspire
