It actually is that, but I can't disable volte for now, not sure why but I don't have that in call settings which is weird, maybe with a new update I'll be able to disable it. Thank you B. Diddy

If I switch the network to 3g/2g the icon disappears, if I let it at 4g/3g/2g auto it comes on again. So the 4g is the problem here, not sure what exactly though

I searched for a while and tried some things but that icon still shows up every time, i disabled S Voice completely, restarted the phone several times, and it clearly isn't the speaker icon, it disspears only when i call at my providers info number or try to change the network, but appears again...
