    It might be the service that scans for files (like images in albums, songs in music etc) isn't working the right way. You can try rebooting the phone or seeing if another app for images works.

    It may be due to the mic or some settings of your phone. Check if there are any options about noise reduction or suppression in the call settings and try enabling/disabling them. You can also try a call without any back cover to see if the problem persists.
